Welcome to Jila Champaran Meat House !

Jila Champaran Meat House Restaurant was born out of a passion for bringing the authentic tastes of Bihar to Mumbai. Our journey began in 2024 when our founder, Alisha Rizgbee, realized the lack of genuine Bihari cuisine in the city.

Inspired by her childhood memories of feasting on Champaran meat and Litti Chokha in her ancestral village, Alisha set out to recreate those flavors. She traveled across Bihar, learning from local cooks and collecting age-old recipes.

Today, our restaurant stands as a testament to Bihar's rich culinary heritage. We pride ourselves on using traditional cooking methods, such as slow-cooking meat in earthen pots and baking littis in cow-dung cakes, to achieve that authentic taste.

Our commitment goes beyond just serving food. We aim to provide a complete Bihari dining experience, from the rustic decor reminiscent of a village in Champaran to the warm hospitality that Bihar is famous for.
